BPP: Who are you?  And who you really are?

dmsntok: I am Dimitris Dokos (dmsntok) and I live in Athens, where I am busy painting scarabs around the city. In the year 2003 I started experimenting on canvas, which led me participate in solo and group exhibitions in Greece and abroad.

BPP: If you could say something important to others who were listening, what would you tell them?

dmsntok: Do what you want and not what you have to.

BPP:  What is your true dream, the one that keeps you up at night and if one day it were to come true you would feel peace and calmness in your heart?

dmsntok: The ideal would be to travel all over the world.

BPP: How is life currently for the people in your country and what would you wish for them and for the planet at large?

dmsntok: "Τα πάντα ῥεῖ " (panta rhei),  which means "everything flows".

BPP: If you had a chance to be a child again would you choose the same life?

dmsntok: I am content enough with my life so far.

BPP:  What was the exact moment that you realized what you wanted to do with your life?  How did you feel at this very moment?

dmsntok: I realized it as soon as I lost my job. Having a lot of free time I started to experiment with painting, at first with various portraits and then with animals, especially with the scarabs.

BPP: Would you like to tell us something we didn’t ask until now?

dmsntok: Get out of your house.
