Do not use, copy, publish, reproduct or modificate part of this project, photos or texts, or anything without our written permission. Is strictly prohibited! All the photos, texts, graphics, design, paintings, collections and other matters related to BPProject are protected under applicable copyrights and other proprietary laws, including but not limited to intellectual property laws.

First, because our guests trusted their photos and their opinions to us.

And second, it's better for you to create something unique than imitate others.

We publish the opinions & the photos  of our guests exactly as they write them down and as they send them to us. We do not patronize them and we don't have any legal responsibility for their opinions or the content of their interviews or their photos.

Please, keep in mind,  that by submitting your work to BPProject, you confirm that you have the legal rights to publish all material, images, and text hereby submitted.

We reserve the right in our sole discretion, without any obligation and without any notice requirement to you, to edit or delete any documents, information or other content appearing on the site, including this Agreement.

BPProject  includes links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information about our guests. They do not signify that we endorse these websites, nor have we any responsibility for the content of the linked websites.

If you want to request an interview published in BPP, send your answers to our questions and the images of yourself and your work to us. By doing this, you accept that we shall have the right to use that content in perpetuity unrestricted and/or according to any detailed  specific agreement, throughout the world, in all known and discovered mediums and for all purposes and we shall have the right to make it available to the public on this website and otherwise.

All the interviews, personal opinions, photos and other information you may send to us shall be used to us in perpetuity and/or according to any detailed  specific agreement  and will not be subject to any obligation of confidence on our part. We shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the submissions for any purpose, unless otherwise specified in any other agreement, without compensation to the provider of the submissions. Such use will by no means infringe on any property/ trade mark/ intellectual property rights.
