Bill Tiepelman: "A slower pace of life and exploring new things is the key to a happy soul. Having somebody special to do that with, makes it heaven".

BPP: Identity: Who you are? And who you really are?

Bill Tiepelman: I'm Bill Tiepelman, from St. Louis Missouri.

In terms of a profession I am an internet entrepreneur and web designer.
Who am I really? I love to create, anything out of nothing, and with an ADD mentality, get bored easily and must move on to the next thing. I married early, and enjoy my marriage of 16 years to my wife, sharing passions and exploring new ones together.

BPP: If you could say something important you've learned all these years of your life, to the other people and they were able to listen to you, what would you like to tell them?

Bill Tiepelman: All the things you are so busy trying to achieve, money, success, notoriety, etc. is really just superficial if you don’t take the time to enjoy any of them. A slower pace of life and exploring new things is the key to a happy soul. Having somebody special to do that with, makes it heaven.

BPP: What is your real dream, the one that keeps you awake at nights and if one day it will come true, you will feel your heart calm and peacefull?

Bill Tiepelman :Being able to take the time to travel. Now that my passion for photography has developed, exposing myself to differ people and exploring new areas has taken my dreams.

BPP: How is life for the people in your country today? What do you wish to happen to them and to the people of this planet at large?

Bill Tiepelman: People just need to learn acceptance. “To Each His Own”, if you want to be free to do and think the way you want, you first have to do the same for others.  People are always so eager to push their points of view and perspectives as the correct ones, yet are to short sighted to see they are judgmental regarding others, or different points of view. Let everyone else be whom they need to be in life, and just focus on who you are and what makes you happy.

BPP: If you had the chance to be a child again, will you choose to do the same life you do?

Bill Tiepelman:Absolutely, even given my faults, mistakes and distractions in life, those have made me who I am today. By saying you would do things different means you have regrets. And regrets just hold you back. Be happy with who you are today, and change tomorrow if needed, but yesterday is done.

BPP: Which exactly was the moment you understood what you want to do in your life? How did you feel at this very moment?

BillTiepelman: About 7 years ago when I quite working in the corporate world and began working for myself. I was doing many of the same things, but the removal of the “business first attitude” let me regain my passion for the creative aspects of my work, and start enjoying it again.

BPP: Something yours: Do you want to tell us something we didn't ask you until now?

BillTiepelman: Simply, be Happy. Understand your basic needs, and what is required to reach the level of happiness as a person and in life. Everyone should read and understand “Maslow's hierarchy of needs:
http://psychology.about.com/od/theoriesofpersonality/a/hierarchyneeds.htm
It will put you on the right track!
