BPP: Who you are?  And who you really are?

Dilyana Moneva – Hristova:  Professional Fine Artist, Photographer and Graphic Designer- Tampa, Florida, USA, originally from Bulgaria.

I am a dreamer. I believe that life is full of beauty and I am trying to express it in my art so that people can be part of it.

"Scarlet Poppies", Acrylics and Oils on Canvas, 30x36 inch

BPP: If you could say something important you've learned all these years of your life, to the other people and they were able to listen to you, what would you like to tell them?

Dilyana Moneva – Hristova: The most important things in life aren't things that you can buy. Be yourself, bring your own light wherever you go and whatever you do, don’t be afraid to follow your dreams, open your heart, don’t hurt, help others, love, and laugh as much you can.

"Summer Fields", Acrylics on Canvas, 18x36 inch

BPP: What is your real dream, the one that keeps you awake at nights and if one day it will come true, you will feel your heart calm and peaceful?

Dilyana Moneva – Hristova: I have many dreams and I never stop dreaming … What I wish for usually are things simple, ordinary and reachable like having a cup of coffee on a Sunday morning at some noisy coffee place, watch the faces of the people around me and feel alive. So the truth is, my dreams come true very often and in those moments I do feel calm and peaceful. Like a baby…Actually one of my biggest dreams was to have kids of my own.  Now that I have kids, I am dreaming to find the power to teach them how to become good people with strong minds and  soft hearts.

"Coco", Acrylics on Canvas, 30x30 inch

BPP: How is life for the people in your country today? What do you wish to happen to them at to the people of this planet at large?

Dilyana Moneva – Hristova: I was born in Bulgaria but I live in the USA. Bulgaria is my nest, my little paradise, and my inspiration. America is my chance, my discovery, and my innovation.  Love both...feel cosmopolitan.

Wish everyone in this universe to find the truths that they seek and be happy!

"Birches", Acrylics on Canvas, 40x30 inch

"Dark Afternoon"

BPP: If you had the chance to be a child again, will you choose to do the same life you do?

Dilyana Moneva – Hristova: I will. I love my Life.

"Wind Runner", Acrylics on Canvas, 24x30 inch

BPP: Which exactly was the moment you understood what did you want to do in your life? How did you feel at his very moment?

Dilyana Moneva – Hristova: In 2003 I received my Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering with concentration in Cartography in Sofia, Bulgaria. The same year I graduated, I moved to Florida. I had to start looking for a job in my field of education.  But Art has always been my passion since childhood years. So I decided to pursue that passion instead. New country, new people, new page in my life. I was the “writer” of this new page and I decided to write it the way I want.

"Time to say Goodbye"

BPP: Something yours: Do you want to tell us something we didn't ask you until now?

Dilyana Moneva – Hristova: Think colorful and smile often…As I do!:)
